Little Paws & Tails Refund & Replacement Policy

1. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@littlepawsandtails.com.
  • Include your receipt or proof of purchase, along with photos or a video showing the defect or issue to help us evaluate the case.

2. Replacement or Refund

  • Upon verification, we will offer either:
  • AΒ 1-to-1 replacement of the same product, or
  • A refund to your original payment method.
  • Customers will be informed and can discuss their preferred option.

3. Processing Time

  • Once we receive your claim and supporting materials, processing will take up to 10 business days.

4. Warranty

  • Products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable.
  • Buyers should review any manufacturer safety and warranty information.
  • Little Paws & Tails is not liable for injury, damage, or loss resulting from product use.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Standard returns are not accepted due to international shipping costs.
  • Sale items, custom products, and perishable goods cannot be replaced or refunded unless defective.

6. Customer Responsibility

  • Buyers must ensure they can legally import products into their country.

Little Paws & Tails is not responsible if items are stopped, held, or rejected by customs.
