1. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@littlepawsandtails.com.

Include your receipt or proof of purchase, along with photos or a video showing the defect or issue to help us evaluate the case.
2. Replacement or Refund

Upon verification, we will offer either:

A refund to your original payment method.

Customers will be informed and can discuss their preferred option.
3. Processing Time

Once we receive your claim and supporting materials, processing will take up to 10 business days.
4. Warranty

Products are covered under the manufacturerβs warranty, if applicable.

Little Paws & Tails is not liable for injury, damage, or loss resulting from product use.
5. Non-Returnable Items

Standard returns are not accepted due to international shipping costs.

Sale items, custom products, and perishable goods cannot be replaced or refunded unless defective.
6. Customer Responsibility

Buyers must ensure they can legally import products into their country.
Little Paws & Tails is not responsible if items are stopped, held, or rejected by customs.
