Import taxes and duties are charged by your country’s local government and are to be paid directly to the authorities by the recipient. These are not collected or retained by Little Paws & Tails.
Please ensure your contact number is accurate so that local authorities can contact you if needed for import-related duties or tax issues.
Processing and Shipping Timeline
Orders for ready-stock items will be packed and shipped within 2-3 working days of purchase.
Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Receiving of Package
Should you choose to inform the delivery personnel to leave your parcel unattended upon delivery (ie. leave at the doorstep or riser), we bear NO responsibilities for any lost and/or damages to your item(s).
